I feel for you, I have a compressed disk in my lower back from a bicycle accident and so I know so well the pain you are suffering. I love crows and this is a good shot.

The branches make a window that we can see into, to see the bird and there is a break in the leaves of the tree that make another window that the crow is looking out of. Excellent composition, light, and color! I love light hitting the lighter leaves. The variations of shade make the crow look like he is in his own little cave. He does look like the master of all he surveys. Lovely capture! I hope you feel better soon.
