Description
This is the same wonderful red-tailed hawk from two uploads ago. In a few years of working with the small rehab center, I have seen this grand bird do well and totally capture the attention of folks at educational events. Still, she will not take food from me. She trusts the ladies more.
She is getting older and the beak shows apparent signs of age compared to the much younger hawks. She has provided me the best two photos of her face yet, this one and the previous one.
Shot in natural light; background natural shadow. color is as true on my monitor as I can get it.
