Description
This one is for Birdman, who has created a lot of vehicular and related freebies at www.sharecg.com. Thanks, Man! I just loved this whimsical creation of his--he usually does realistic vehicles that actually existed. Had to do something with it. A bit of relief after the intensity of the subject matter of the previous posting. Enjoy.
I really wanted to make some dust underneath the vehicle and to have smoke pour out of the exhaust stack, but for some reason, volumetric dust and smoke seem to elude me in Vue. Any suggestions? Usually, it comes out invisible or only partially and I can't figure out why.
Thanks to all you have stopped to take a look and thanks especially to those who leave comments and other encouragements.
Jeremy

When I was a kid I had dreams of a travelling house. It is great to see it come to life.
Sometimes I feel like picking up and leaving like that!
Now that's a mobile home for sure. Very nice! I've got a mental block on getting Vue to do things for me, so I'm no help. Still relying on Bryce.
Excellent composition! :)
A beautifully done scene ~ Bravo!!
This is so cool looking! Great scene
Nice!, I like it. Great lighting, and has a painterly look. Nice composition also. I saved a copy of this render and put it in the folder with the models etc.
That actually looks SteamPunk! And quite a light-hearted render indeed ;) For Vue... I'm not sure since I only tried the free learner version that adds the Vue watermark to the renders. My best guess that its either something to do with the opacity or translucency settings for the volumetric clouds. That, or theres another and better Volumetric smoke/fog tool for the job in Vue that we're missing here. Again, I'm just vaguely guessing here. going to do a bit of sleuthing for you ;)
thyis is super cool
Excellent scene composition. I love this idea!

A super render!!!!!!
What a fun scene! Great looking composition and lighting.
The future of RVs, great work, wonderful image
Jeremy ..in a static image its better to postwork the dust, i think its in animation when it gets tough .. grin
The ideal solution to 'moving house' when you arrive you feel right at home.A great concept modelwise, and you're presentation as always adds life to the subject matter.
Now this is different !!
