Description
Someone Wicked This Way Comes
Don't think a story is needed with this one. Of course, one might ask oneself which one is the wicked one? The hunter or the hunted? What if our innocent looking young woman was a vampire, but didn't know it? Wouldn't her death be a good thing, rather than some act of evil? Unfortuntely, there is nothing supernatural going on here. The bad guy is the hunter.
For the record, I'm very much against violence against anyone, but especially against women and children. This render came about from purchasing Luthbel's "Midnight Hunter" (DAZ). The image just popped into my mind. I wanted to create a sense of relentless evitability. Think I managed that. I still haven't been able to get the exact expression of the victim as I wanted.
Thanks for looking and next time I'll try for something a bit less grim.
Jeremy

Great scene! what she needs now is a deus ex machina to save her
Super expression work and sense of mystery!!!
Wonderful scene, great render, well done
Nicely done,I think you portrayed the feeling of being hunted very convincingly...great posing and surface mats!
Great work, very well done
Hmm. Well, I think she ought to poke him in the head with one of them logs.
Well hey, the gal could be an innocent victim, perhaps one of mistaken identity, but the dude in the rawhide trench coat on the other hand.... isn't a dude... but one that's wearing more sheathed metal than its carrying shotgun slugs. Still grim, yes, but with a slight spin on perspective ;) Btw, I know what you mean when you see a product sometimes. A vision pops into yer head that very moment and you know exactly what you want to do with it.
I'm also against violence against anything... not to mention women and children on that which seems to be growing. I cannot explain the reason for all this violence! Yet it takes so little to live all in peace! Excellent work! :)
In this currenty zombie paranoia incited by hollywood many can reasonably assume that anyone without a gun, and the mindset to use one, is bad by default. Believe it or not the current survivalist mindset includes zombie fear more than fear of economic collapse. Humans get stranger every year
Well sir, this one rocks. Your lighting, and scene setup are superb !
I bought that M4 outfit, too. Love it. Great textures here.
Super scene!!!!!
Hmmmmm....
Love this picture, as you say no words needed. She seems undescided about nipping behind that bush.(not that it would be much cover :-) With you on the anti-violence (in the real world). In art?..well I believe one of the greatest advocates for 'peace' was movie director Sam Peckinpah and look at the films he made !So if we could keep it 'on the screen' and 'off the streets'....maybe there's a little hope for mankind still.
