Bet these guys spend their days off rock climbing and repelling down cliff faces. Fascinating to see them at work. Wonder how they keep from leaving footprints on their work:-)

years back I was working on a house for a builders convention and a friend and his partner had to seal some windows about 3 stories up that comprised the roof and one held the other with a rope from the other side.if OSHA had seen them it project would have been in trouble.funny thing, was the house was a project of a major manufacturer of windows.
