Description
Just back from the lakes, this is the boathouse apartment on the lake (Windermere). We stayed in an apartment in the big house that looks over the lake. Totally relaxing week away from phones, computers and routine. We even saw the sun on one day! That's November in Cumbria, at least we didn't get wet. With almost 100mm of rain in the week thats amazing I think. Just 2 days confined to barracks and every night with HEAVY rain. I still managed about 400 shots, cloudy but still full of autumn colour. Plus the calmest day I have ever known for reflection shots on water. I'll post a few soon.

Beautiful shot
Fabulous!! This photo arouses feelings quite close to envy!!
What a great photograph Kevin. Sounds like you had a wonderful week in The Lakes. They are so gorgeous this time of the year - and of course - less crowded, and without the rain - no Lakes!! Looking forward to more:-)
