Description
Take-off.
And the next generation of Advanced Space-Shuttle takes to the skies riding atop its carrier aircraft, NASA 587, at the start of its first test flight toward space.
Author/Artists Notes
The original name for my (Mr Carters) project to create NASAs next generation of spacecraft was Advanced Space Shuttle without the hyphen but as that came out as NASA ASS I did not think that would go down too well with my friends at NASA in the States so I decided to change it slightly.

Small hyphen, big difference...a wise call I think.Love the low angle on this, looks brilliant.
