Description
Hello everyone and thanks for looking...
I've had a copy of Carrara for a while now, but never really devoted any time to learning how it worked. I know a lot of you out there swear by it, and think that it's render engine is far superior to Poser's. Well, to me, a long time Poser user, the light controls are pretty confusing, and if any of you out there have any tips, or know of any good tutorials on the subject, I could really use your help.
Thanks,
Tom

I always like seeing the way you've set up your images, never an uninteresting PoV... the angles you use really add to your renders. I'm more of a "snapshot" kind of guy but I think I'll try some experimenting. No clues from me on Carrara, I'm strictly a DS user.
Great image for a first in a mew program its amazing Tom well done!
This is not a bad start! As an ex-Poser and ex-Vue user, I now almost exclusively use Carrara for my images - faster setup and rendering, better quality, more versatile and all the tools under one consistent interface. What's not to like!
Wow, you did a great job. Any time you have Cararra questions write. After abound a year, i think the tool has real value. A fine job.
I think you get use to the tools you work with, I love Carrara and Im always finding new things As with all things, they are more difficult in the beginning Seem you got off to a great start with the BG set and lovely POV and camera angles Im no expert but if you would like any help! Feel free! Cant guarantee a perfect answer but will try to help!
A wonderful image with so many beautiful details!
sorry, i have no clue but ya got a cool render.... think she's about to take a bite out a him.
Nice start with Cararra! It does look a bit intimidating at first, but It does some very nice things, and is really simple once you get the hang of the layout. My advice is to hang around the Daz and Rendo Cararra forums, and search youtube. That's where most video tutorials wind up. Feel free to ask me any specific questions, I'll be happy to help.
