Description
This photo I took him a few weeks ago on the heath.
During a walk, I saw some nice mushrooms too.
But .... you may want to look closely at this picture, because there is also a hidden butterfly here.
I wonder if you see him (?).
(A hint: The forceps is next to it, so you can pick it up immediately.)
Latin name : Castanea sativa.
Dutch name: Eetbare Kastanje.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On a soft bed of velvet
I suddenly met
:four dots on his head
a shiny skin.
If you're hungry
you can eat it, just get.
;D
Op een zacht bedje van fluweel
wat kwam ik daar tegen?
:Vier puntjes op zijn hoofd
een glanzende schil
je kunt hem eten
voor wie dat wil!
;D
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thank you from my heart
for all your nice attentions.
It makes me glad
to know you're there.

heerlijk ! vooral nu de vorst er een keer overheen geweest is; de zachtheid van de binnenkant van de bast heb je knap weergegeven
Really amazing photo filled with so much detail Mies, and thanks for pointing out that butterfly ;)
Very beautiful close-up in this mess of leaves. A horse chestnut apparently split, quartered ... and then ... a little butterfly camouflaged ... too big to be a moth?
I see it! A very beautiful composition!!
Very nice work!

Very beautiful. A wonderful shot!
What is that spiny thing the nut is sitting on? Looks like if you try to take the nut it's going to snap shut on your fingers. ;D I see the little brown butterfly on the forest floor. :) Excellent composition and capture!
