Description

Hello my dearest and most wonderful friend. At what point in time do we reach when? How can when come if we only have now? If we try to examine a when, we will find that it is a future time of our dreaming. Our dreams will become a reality. What that reality is will be up to us. We shall bring into form the dreams that are fueled by our desires and passion. There is an odd thing about waiting for "when" to happen and that is that it won't happen if we don't take action to make those whens our nows. Is this confusing? Why sure it is. We can't wait for 'when this happens then I'll do that.' We should set the course of our desire and know that it will come into our lives when we are ready to receive that desire. To set the course, we create a mental equivalent of have that which we desire. What does it feel like to have that certain something in our lives? Does it have a color? Does it have a shape? Once we start visualizing having what we desire, the mind will take the hint that it already has what we want. The more we practice our visualization, the more imprinting we will do upon the mind. There can be only one result and that is that the mind will cause us to take action to bring that which we desire into form. It is at that point that we need to keep ourselves open at the top. A part of the creation process is to refrain from restricting the quantity, size, shape or source of our desire. That would be limiting our desire. So today... just for today... we shall be open to our Greater Good. We shall allow it to press up against us and make itself known to us. We shall be open to receiving our Greater Good and shall receive it to the degree that we are ready. If it comes in small doses first, that will be okay too. But rest assured that it will come and when it does, we will be filled with joy at its arrival. How divine. How simply divine. Our thought for the day is: We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive from where we started and know the place for the first time. Quote by T.S. Post work was done in PSP7. The richness of pastel colors is amazing. They sing to the soul and make the heart dance. When I look at this piece I see soft flowing forms that go into nothingness and then reappear as if by magic. It makes me want to dance. If I have to wait for when then I am happy to be in this space of color and light and have laughter dance all about me. Your visits to my gallery mean so much to me. Amazing work Gayle. The light whispy lines and pastel colors bring forth a mood and atmosphere that puts one in a contemplative state, and then couple that with your thought provoling text the combination is beyond description. Actually this image would be a wonderful sister to hang on the wall next to your recent post about the eagle. Thank you for sharing such treasures
