Description
Swift River, Kancamagus Highway, NH
This is the Swift River, along the Kancamagus Highway, in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Not as much color as I had hoped for. Looks like we went up a week late.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments.
They are very much appreciated.

The beginning of the "turning" of the leaves... this shot holds that moment when one season becomes another.
Still a very beautiful capture! I can see this turned into a 5000 piece jigsaw puzzle and I know who I'd give it to

WONDERFUL AUTUMN LANDSCAPE
Very nice capture!
Wow, try canoeing or rafting down that river! Gorgeous picture all the way through, Dana.
It is still a beautiful capture but it would have been disappointing to miss the bright colours when you travelled to see them. We strike that here sometimes too as the wind can get up and clear them overnight.
A gorgeous place!
The colours are still beautiful, lovely pic!!!
Awww....this is a marvelous place my friend, beautiful colors, excellently done!
