Description
U.S.S. Constitution rigging of the forward mast. You can see one of the construction cranes in the background. Tough to get a shot without workers or equipment in the way. Liked the patterns in this shot.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments.
They are very much appreciated.

All kinds of things to keep track of here--super detail!!
great shot dana, like the mast.
love this
Excellent capture, even with the crane in the background
Very nice shot Dana, tou can't help modern stuff getting in the way.
They didn't worry too much about 'ealth and safety in those days. Great pic.
Very good job with a difficult subject! Rat lines and stays. But, no spars? Were they removed for the renovation work? I sure wouldn't like to climb those rat lines, let alone in bad weather - yikes! :)
beautiful, right angle, love it!
Great shot and POV.
splendid shot!
That is some rigging, looks very nice against the beautiful sky!!!!
Very cool patterns! What a wonderful shot!
Excellent POV and capture! :)
BEAUTY I LIKE THE POV
I have photos of my father when he was an apprentice mariner at the top of one of the masts that hold the rigs in the old sailing ships! Great shot Dana, hugs Jane xx
Marvelous perspective capture!
Ultra excellent POV employed to capture the rigging sharply silhouetted against the beautiful sky, Dana!
Excellent composition. Love the lines. :)
Wonderful!
