Description
A mirror in the living room was reflecting Bill as he was pondering settings for closeups of a flower arrangement.
You're seeing the mirror in its frame. Notice the label on the camera is backwards (and doubled), that's Bill's right hand ... it's all reflection.
I enjoyed doing these shots, but what really captured my attention about this one was the diagonal composition.

Absolutely fantastic capture, Tara! great POV on this shot. he looks so thoughtful
Nice capture of Bill hard out concentrating on getting that perfect shot lol.. Excellent posting.
this is a very good shot . cool work
He's so intent on what he's doing--what a great shot!!
Oh Dierbaar - this is a marvelous candid! I agree - the diagonal compo is very strong and a perfect mirror image of a very "busy" Bill... (I can just imagine what happened at cellular level at this point! LMAO!!!) It was awesome chatting to you and catching up! Lief jou! xx
I'm glad you told us it was Bill. I immediately thought it was Cary Grant at the window, eager to get his greedy little hands on the Jewels AKA "To Catch A Photographer"!!!! Nah great shot Tara.
Very well captured
What a beautiful capture in a mirror, Tara. Great idea too :-)
Cool image!!
An excellent idea and I LOVE the concentration!
Na this is a candid shot for sure. Like Bill's concentration, he is in his own photography world now.
danger men at work....
A man at work! lol Expertly caught Tara! Well done, did Bill know? lol Rob
What a great candid shot. Congratulation by the way. I wish you both all the happiness in the world. ;)
Fantastic candid, and the compo is perfect, as is the postwork! Wonderful shot!
I was completely oblivious to you taking this picture:) Great idea using the mirror. Very well composed.
Very creative and a little bit sneaky.
Heehee - I wondered if Bill even noticed you taking that photo, and apparetly from his comment, he didn't! Now, that's concentration! I see he's using a 'Supmylo' camera now..... LOL! Wonderful composition, Tara - great shot!
Congratulation to you both. The best going your way. Aloha
Just as the other member said you are indeed very creative and very observant i might add. There is no question in my mind you have what it takes to keep me interested in what you will upload next. Excellent and btw thanks for your kind words on my first upload.
Very well done. I saw right away it was a mirror and those shots are tough. Good job.
Good work and idea ;-)
A wonderful reflection of a very serious moment and very well spotted.
I like to do a mirror shot then flip the image horizontally just to confuse people. It's even more fun if you make them put a ring on an opposite hand first.
what a capture makes a smile warm hugs, Linda Kaye
Caught in the act - mine tend to be of me doing something over the speed limit! Well done, Clive
Lovely shot!!!
A very serious look and a warm and wonderful capture. Extra special as a reflection. Dana
