Description
Hello everyone and thanks for looking...
One thing I've noticed about Rendo after posting more than 350 pictures here over the past couple years, is that if you don't have a girl in your picture, you won't get many comments.
I realize that 'sex sells' and that the female form is probably the most beautiful thing in the world, and all that, but from time to time, I think we should be able to do other subjects and get some feedback.
That being said, I'm posting this picture, knowing full well that of the 30 or so people who usually comment on my work only about 20 of you will comment, and those comments will be something like "nice job".
Oh well, I'll get back to the pinup action pictures later, but I kind of liked how this one came out, and thought I'd post one of my rare, non-cheesecake images.
What do you think? I double-dog-dare you to comment and make me a liar! ^_^

The color and lighting is great. This does have an air of suspense to it. But isn't that a big robot behind the hunter? Or is it a "helper robot"? Personally these days I'm skipping over the ones with a nudity tag unless I know the artist and he/she is just showing a new texture or the nudity is important to the scene. Wow, this is the most I've been able to type in several weeks. My hands just hurt so much lately.
Splendid work!!!
I admit I like pretty ladies and with little clothing even better,---but I can appreciate excellent poser work.this is such
HAHAH! I fully agree with you that sex and females get the notice and comments. That's why I usually set my girls on fire, LOL! Have you tried using the Atmosphere feature in Poser?
amazing scifi tom...LOL..excellent set up..
excellent scene, great presentation
Very nice work!
I have seen the same thing in my renders but hold to the truth...Do what is in your heart and head and the rest works out. This is a well done render in terms of color and the crafting of suspense in the poses. And besides it has a gurl with a gun so to speak so it will get hits (LOL). Seriously , nice job!!!!
Great work!! :)
Beautiful image!
Great scifi!!!
so am I one of the good guys that leaves you a comment when you don't post nasty girls? or am I not supose to leave a comment? When am I supose to say good job? = damn, I knew I should of slept last night, I'm so confused - lol... excellent picture, had a hard time figuring it out at first - I'm tired... but, I like pictures that all of a sudden jump out at your GOOD JOB... did I do it write - oops, right - there we go = lol
Interesting!
Nude renders I've done usually get 10 times the hits as my others, one reason I've left out putting any tags on my images, either. More than half the people that fave my images with the nudes have no artwork themselves posted and if you look at their faves the're ALL nudes, whether Poser or photography it doesn't matter. They never comment in the image or their fave but I'm figuring it's a little hard to type one handed, if you get my drift. This is a great image, the title reminded me of one of my fave comicbooks as a kid ~ "Magus, Robot Hunter". I loved it when he'd bash their heads off and they'd go "SQUEEEEE!" Love the lighting in this, it's very, very good as is the overall composition. I wouldn't want to be in his shoes though...
Great colours, scene and work!!
Excellent image. The hunter becomming the hunted. Great lighting and render, pretty cool outfit and robot too.
Fab scene!
It's Almost out of a space movie. i gotta say. I cant draw that strait down on paper. good pic.
Tom, I so agree that it seems to take the addition of a female into a render to generate any significant comments. I guess there are worse burdens as an artist. :>) I really like what you did with this monochromatic image. The composition and contrast with the robot is very pleasing to the eye
