This photo is from about three weeks ago.
That day the wind was blowing quite hard,
I don't know if you can see that?
It is situated across our street.
It was on a sunny Sunday,
and not far from the place,
I took that photo from:
'A Sunday -Teasel ;-)'. (uploaded on 19 Juli)

Beautiful capture and love the color. Dana
Beautiful capture Mies. Once more your eye has found such wonderful beauty in the surrounding world. Just a note, here in northern Canada someone had brought purple loosestrife in for a garden a few years back. It is an extrememly aggressive weed and has become an extremely expensive and dangerous problem. it grows so aggressively it it is taking over and choling out many of the native flora as well as spreading thru the wheat fields and creating havoc. it is strange that such a beautiful looking plant can become such a big headache when it is introduced to an area it is not native to. But never the less your picture is excellent as always.
