Description
I was in Boston for the day and spotted this set of fire escapes. If I remember correctly, Tara had fun, with fire escapes, on the Chicago Ninja Photographers get together. So this one is for you Tara and if my memory failed me then I’m sorry Marilyn (BeachZZ). Taken this morning. Zoom would be good!
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated.

Great capture...
lol that a lot of steps. I be dead just going down thoese step. cool shot
great POV and details!
perfect!!
What a great fire escape! I particularly like the detail of the bottom third of the image. Wonderful! Thank you! :)
The fanciest fire escape I suspect I'll ever see! Just look at the ornamental railing, and the open mesh balcony floors. Imagine after a rain with everything washing down from above. The balconies appear to be well supported but I would sure wonder exactly how those support brackets are attached to the building facade.
Swish.
Quite ornate. Long way down from the top!!
What a great fire escape! Great perspective !
Beautiful example of this functional set of stairs! A really superb pic, Dana!
Excellent capture!
Excellently composed!! :)
That's a beautifully ornate fire escape! I've only ever seen the usual heavy black iron ones. Great capture!

Bet they don't make them like that anymore, long way down though!!!

That is indeed an elegant and exquisite fire escape, Dana, and you captured it ideally with top notch POV, perspective, repetition and clarity.
What a network of stairs you captured here. They look quite delicate.
