Description
Black Bear
Nurturing and protective
Keeper of our dreams
Spirit of inner-knowing
The bear teaches us the power of introspection
Of entering a quiet place of calmness to think
The message is to take our time
To trust we will make the right decisions
Helping us cross the path between dreams and reality
And reach our goals.
Spirit Of The Black Bear prose by Carol Cavalaris ©

Thoughtful words, seem so wise. I never placed my thoughts with the bear before. Beautiful work and there is a certain look about the eyes that is so familiar. Nicely done.
Carol, this is such a wonderful and inspiring image and it may be my new favorite in this marvelous series. I really enjoyed your thoughts on what the bear can teach us
Outstanding work! You've really captured the spirit of the bear! I can feel it's presence in this beautful piece!
Ooooo he's gorgeous! He really commands a presence doesn't he? Occasionally some of these black bears wander into town by accident. They always catch them and take them back to their habitat so no harm done. Wonderful work Carol!

I ran into a Kodiak bear once. Yours are much cuter. Great paiting.
EXCELLENT SCENE !!!!! In Romania, bears are already walking among the cars on the roads. People do not scare them, photograph them and give them food.
Black bear Eater of my M&Ms Who climbs trees to steal my food and chase me naked thru the forest using her cub as an excuse to ransack our tents and leave us without food 4 days out.Beautiful image!
