Description
So sorry friends, that I made no comments today.
In the morning I went to my doctor in Maastricht.
My medications are increased.
He said that behind the p.c. be too much stress for me, and I had to walk every day.
Today the weather was fine and we went to the heath.
There I've make this picture:
Two mating Polyommatus icarus.
The dark one is female, and the more blue one (left) the male butterfly.
It was wonderful there, and I have more shots from that heath. Also one of a light blue caterpillar in the mud.
Hopefully you will excuse me, for being not here to-day.
Many thanks for watching, and for your kind words I received from you, I feel honored by that.
You will be greatly appreciated.
Greetings from Mies.

This is beautiful... and I go walking or riding my bike almost everynight it is the best thing for your health and great therapy I just put on some tunes or listen to Delilah, if you are not familiar with her she is a radio host that gives out advice and well she always makes me laugh and smile as I walk, and she plays some great tunes.. I hope you get to feeling all better soon.

Great catch, Jacomina... it's good to know, there will always be another generation for us to see, too many species of insects and animals are being eradicated by deforestation. *** I used to work in the health & fitness industry for 15 years and I can assure you, that good nutrition and exercise are an essential necessity, on a daily basis. Do yourself a favour and never give up - we are right behind you, because we all care for you ! *** Hugs BB
