LOL only in Tennessee... just something I saw at my towns fall festival
I am off in a bit to take Erin back to school shopping, she starts her senior year this Monday. So we've got to get her looking all smart and pretty... haha, hope she goes easy on my wallet.
This weekend we are heading to Atlanta to attend a family reunion in Georgia, nothing like Georgia in August yikessss but it will good to see everyone and you just can't beat that southern cooking.. I will try to catch up with everyone tonight after shopping I am also taking Erin with me to my photography class after that, she has shown an interest in taking photos, I will have to share some she took recently. Ok time to find some comfy shoes so I can keep up with Erin today... lol
Have a great day everyone.
Thanks for your interest in my Rock City barns.. More to come

This is great Americana. Wow, talk about a summer scene. Where I am now places like this don't exist but I come from a place where they thrive. Thanks for taking me back
Interesting picture and mental picture as well as to how they make the ice cream. Good luck on the shopping and have fun in class.
That's unique! Great capture!

Haha, most original use for those old wringer washers. I hope your reunion goes well :)
Great shot, my friend
Really nice scene and post work! Very well done.
LOL do they make cotton candy in their old dryer?!! That's a most unique way to make ice cream. I hope your reunion is planned for inside cause it's hotter than Hades this time of year!
Tammie....! Cool shot, Lynell. What a great rush there in Tennessee. You also do have fun on your new shoes, shopping with Erin.!!!

Not a lot of customers, perhaps the price is a bit hot. Nice shot.
Reminds me of a county fair scene from our old county fair when judging animals and pies for ribbons was still the way things were done. Lovely and folksy at the same time.

Forget shoes...wear flipflops... they go with everything except an evening gown. (and then they'll even work if you get the ones with rhinestones on them)LOL This is something I would expect to see in my old hometown (village). Fun shot.
Brilliant capture, nothing quite like home made ice cream!!!!!
