Description
Garden Tour: Whidbey Island, Washington.
...this stop, named the Gathering Place, had roses to die for (as all our stops did, truth be told).
Love and Peace roses have rich blends of crimson pink and buff yellow...they are hardy hybrid tea roses.

Such a wonderful rose. Looks like it is been lit from a base of the pertals.
I think I have this rose in my yard. This is a great capture of the colors.
One of the most successful breeds of rose - the peace rose. It comes in many different strains and each is superb. You capture continues that tradition with excellence in color, form and pov. An astoundingly beautiful shot.

I've never found much beauty in flowers until fairly recently! They were always just somewhere that mum never let me play football near!!! I must be developing a sense of taste as I get old and rickety! Nice photo Bill.
