Description
I tried to portray a mermaid without using a tail, do you think I succeeded?
My neck is very painful again, so I'm going to relax for a while.
Thank you for any comment you are kind enough to leave and for any you may have left in the past, I appreciate each and every one of them so much!
Luv Ya
Sylvia

Fantastic job on this!
Yes - rest that neck, I'm going to have to send you the link to some aids I've found that I'll be ordering for mine - and as for the mermaid - wonderful!!!
You have created an amazingly beautiful mermaid! Superb work! I wish your neck was feeling better!
You did such a great job on this one Sylvia, it really was worth the wait ;)
Really beautiful mermaid! Superb work! I hope you get feeling better soon.
It works. I was going to say that I have a general aversion to mermaid pictures and when I saw the ebot I wasn't even gonna open it but I saw the thumb in your gallery and it lured me in. I like how you have been exploring using facial portraits only to convey characters or moods. It is an interesting challenge and your work has inspired me to give it a go too, as I so rarely do such genre. Here you have used both color and texture, with a minimal amount of props to well portray an aqeous scene.
She is really beautiful! and yes I think you succeeded.. nice work.
wonderful portrait ! talent and life !
It looks so magical, Sylvia. Your portraits are wonderful. Even without the title, the hues and elements clearly say this is a mermaid portrait. You have the power to portray what you have in mind. And it's effortless and flawless at the same time.
Beautiful work!!
Now this is a mermaid! Gorgeous work!
