Someone has to do the dishes & pots & pans . . . !
Yep there's a time to eat, and a time to clean up the mess!
Excellent shot and scene, well done....
nice image :)
I don't like to cook but this place is quite intimidating even for good cooks I'm sure. Great shot. I had no idea a galley looked like this. Wonderful photo.
Wonderful shot my friend, gorgeous shine, well done!
This is a great stot Jock, I've never seen the galley on a ship before. It looks like they have enough pots and pans to cook anything.
Fantastic shot Jocko! Would hate to have to do the dishes!
I agree with BIGBEAR1965 on this one, and would include the pots and pans.
What a shot. I once heard that the best way to avoid mutiny on a ship (and especially on a submarine) is to have plenty of coffee. THAT, according to the US Navy, is one of the most important elements in the maintenance of a healthy, efficient, and happy ship crew. I don't see the enormous coffee pots here, but I can feel their presence. Ha! I sound like a Jedi when I say that! This is a marvelous shot. I love the reflective metal and the pure utilitarian look of everything. I suspect that if I were in the Navy, this would be one of the most important rooms on the ship. This is a marvelous shot! I really like the way everything shines...and yeah...I'd hate to be the one responsible for making it shine, though I'm sure that in this day and age, it's all done by dishwashing machines. Great shot!
mmm whats in those pots..... great capture Jocko what time do they serve???
Nice, very nice.
I love the shine on the pots and pans. I ate once on a Navy ship and the food was great!!
Wonderful shot of the galley, Jocko!

Cool capture!
I know someone who was the cook on a submarine and I have never been able to envision what it would be like to cook on board a ship for a full crew. This is really a wonderful education for me and a fabulous capture. Good depth.
