Nice old bird! :) Last time I was up in something like that I was 8 years old. My uncle took up me and my brother, he had a cow field behind the barn he kept it in and it was a bit short. LOL! Just missed the tree tops taking off and couldn't stop on landing till you reached the barn. :) Excellent capture!

Cool POV and high contrast in this fine foto, Bill. I'm well past 80, and even if I was an airplane I would think twice about flying and zooming about, unless I was closely checked out and maintained with unparalleled expertise.
LOL I did think you were talking about the pilot. This got me thinking about the comparison with cars and how things were built to last back then unlike today's throw away society. A stunner Bill.
