Shot at around midnight (23.30 hours to be exact), this is the special Summer light we can have in Iceland, which makes the reading of a map or a book something banal, for someone usually residing far from the Arctic circle. Please zoom !

Gorgeous sky and terrain; so very peaceful and most inspiring.... such a tremendous and powerful charge to this image.... it really grabs you and holds you so delighfully!
