Description
The return of Theseus88BC's creation, the late British SF author Arthur J. Crudworthy.
When I'm between ideas, I paint planets. This one came out really nice, kind of vintage Rick Sternbach. Which got me to thinking what it would look like as a cover which in turn got me to thinking of Crudworthy.
This is my third "Crudworthy Reprint" cover. In this case, I'm postulating a modestly respectful compilation of Crudworthy's tales printed in Space Science Digest (another Theseus88BC creation) in the late '50s to early '60s.
Oil on 20"x30" particle board.

Ooh Arthur would have loved that, David. I love the way you've created the effect of the surface of that glowing world. Utterly brilliant.
