Description
My last post was the Gate to Ravensea. I mentioned that behind the house was a view of the water, and many of you wanted to "see the other side."
Here's a shot of the view from the house. You're looking across the lawn, across Admiralty Inlet, and over to the Olympic Peninsula.
Full view will let you see more of the postwork detail, if you're interested.

Very beautiful photo, Tara! I can imagine what it must be like to live in a place like this, and see this beauty every day. Incredible!
How lovely this place is! Wish I could afford something like that...amazing view!
look like a long way off there. wonderful shot
what a beautiful view and a great capture
Wonderful view! Nice shot, Tara
I've heard of million dollar views, but I suspect this view from this piece of property goes for a lot more:) Beautiful vista...with some fine touches of subtle postwork. Well done :*
This is so wonderful, but my favorite part is the bamboo that creates the screen. I also love how just about everywhere you go up there, you have water to see!!
Wonderful shot!!
Nice shot Tara well done!!
Beautiful scene! It seems we grow all the same sort of plants in our two parts of the world.

Great view, It could be England.
What a find! Worth the walk, for sure.
What a view! I love every detail in this, especially the kind of fireworks-spark shape that the grass seems to take on. The mood here is so calm, and I love that glimpse of the water, and all of the greenery. Yeah, I could spend days just wandering around there! This is gorgeous.
Great view...it would be so nice to sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning and smell the ocean...nice shot
You read my thoughts... A lot of meaning in these two images, Clive
