Description
A tribute to the airborne operations in WW2.
The C-47, by David Swan, was converted to OBJ and mapped. The parachute figure was a prop that came with ThundeRRenderS's Stuka. I painted the figure to look less like a pilot, which was wasted time here, and morphed one so the chute was just opening. Poser 6/Vue 8.
How many planes and troopers are there? A bunch :)

Stunning work.
Very good WWII scene
Fantastic panoramic view of the action!!!
Never a waste of time if you know it's there.. this is very impressive. A great tribute.
Reminds me of my training jumps in 1970 at Benning, the jumps I made in Nam were just one or two squads. Lovely work. Spade
