Oh man...I haven't had fried clams in SOOO long. When we lived in Ohio we got so homesick for seafood that we went to a local restaurant that featured fried clams...only to realize they were clam STRIPS. When the waitress saw the disappointment on our faces she asked what was wrong. I laughed and asked her where the rest of the clam was and she made a face, LOL. You've GOT to have the WHOLE clam!!!!
