Description
This is a close up of the Stratosphere death drop as a follow-up from my previous posting. This “ride” is in the radio antenna on top of the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino tower.
Photo taken in the April of 1998, with a hand held film camera and recently scanned.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous comments.

You should come back and check out the bungi jump all the way to the bottm.
Excellent capture
super done
This is on top of a tower? How cool is that!? It's double whammy vertigo if you stop and consider that there is another potential drop if things go really wrong! Wonderful clarity and a great "freeze" of the action. WOW! NICE!
Those seats appear to have holes in them. LOL!
That looks very scary. Excellent capture. :)
marvelous capture!
Nope, sorry you wouldn't get me up there. On the way down my stomach would be wrapped around my throat. Great shot.
I can't even imagine wanting to ride this; I'd much rather just be up there photographing the view from the top!
Oh yeah, I would SO try this one!! Might have to tape my flips flops on, though!!
bonne photo!!
Don't eat lunch befor you try that. ;) Excellent capture!
FANTASTIC!
Wow, superb clarity, detail and geometric heaven in this capture, Dana! The structure, incredible in its complexity, and somewhat akin to what I used to construct with my Erector set as a kid.
Gorgeous...We have the same one in Montreal Six Flag Park
Cool capture my friend.
Hmm....how do I say this? NO WAY IN THE WORLD!!!! I don't do heights and this is just crazy high!!!! They'd take me off that ride in a pine box, LOL.
