Description
We went with friends up to Snoqualmie Falls a week or so ago. There's been construction going on over the past few months, so there are a lot of new things to see. Of course there are things I've probably seen before and never noticed and just THINK are new, too! LOL!
I can't look at this photo without thinking about Denise ... so this one is for you, my friend! :)

Oh, thank you! Yes, I do love this; I know this fence, and none of my captures (and I've tried many times) have come anywhere close to this good. I need to get out there again, but I want to be sure that the trail to the bottom is open again, I heard it was closed for work.

There's Euclidian Geometry, which is quite boring...and then there's Ratbaggian Geometry, which is quite interesting and fun! You've captured the latter, and you've done so perfectly! You know, I actually saw this quite a bit earlier, but couldn't quite get this comment to work, and so it's being posted now...much later! Oh well. This is quite a great piece of photographic art! I love the dapples and the colors and the wonderful play of light and dark. For me, light and dark never actually fight so much as play around like this. Nice. Really, incredibly nice!
