Description

One of the rangers who monitors the area had asked me if I saw a Wallet in the forest area? He had lost it during the night. Sorry, I haven't seen any wallets. More than likely, the lava had consumed it! What do you think? I usually put a rubber band around my wallet, it keeps it from sliding out from my pockets... Old Bar Trick......... Aloha and thank you for viewing

Ya never know when something you learn in a bar will save your wallet from the lava. Great story and image!

I think I should spend some more time in bars; there are probably other tricks I could pick up too!

Unless he just happens to stumble on it by accident, he can kiss that wallet bye-bye. A million places a wallet could hide out here if it hasn't burst into flames yet. Nice early shot here~ Aloha~

What a funny question to ask! Why would he need a wallet at work, I wonder? As I was a teacher in a rough school I NEVER took mine there. Great pic, as always..i can see the frog that Mike sees.

Well, I wish my first husband had known that trick. He had his wallet lifted 3 times in the year and a half we were married while sitting in on a barstool. He was always so flattered when the pretty girls hovered around him...:-) I love this river of lava. The bits that pop through the black here and there are telling.
