Description
After a very hectic weekend, I have finally come to rest and upload something... After the Soccer World Cup opening and opening match in which our team did very well as well as my son's 'official' 30th birthday celebration yesterday, I am exhausted and in need of peace and calm. This is exactly what this image brings me! I captured it early this morning when the dew formed little jewel-like strings on this fluffy seed that was lying on the lawn catching the early morning light!
Thank you for popping in and for your very valued comments and favs on my last upload for PJ's birthday!
Stay well!
Hugs
Carin xx

Exquisite! Wonderful capture
What a jewlery box!!!! Great capture.
Amazing :)
quite beautiful
A bit lat, Carin, but in the first place: 'congratulation with your sun 30e birthday'. I hope this day was great for him and for his love-ones. This picture is as a gift from heaven. To see this shining on it above. Al these wonderful shining drops. Amazing <3
This is a superb capture Carin. One must explored ones photography opportunities as i found with my capturing the mood of the Bafana supporters.Bafana did very well so far. Good luck for our team today against Uruguay. From all the teams who played matches in the 2010 Fifa World Cup Germany's team looks very strong with the way they played against Australia.
Beautiful at the zoom...don't you love it when presented with a gift in your own yard! Hope this week is treating you better...or at least will give you a bit of rest:)
So delicate.. Perfectly formed in every way and wonderfully shot.. Well done. Rob
I'm such a goof! When I saw this, I thought: "OH look, little fairy woodlice have built a little tent!" And then I remembered, little fairy woodlouse tents are brown. So it wasn't little fairy woodlice at all...little fairy somethings, but not woodlice. And now for the sensible part of my comment: What clarity and cool, crisp, and inviting light. I love the different textures and the wonderful gleam of those dew droplets. This is really quite a stunning piece of work.
What a beaut vision, something one doesn't see every day - a string of pearls - call whatever you want, it's mesmerising, BB p.s...I would also like to add a big THANK YOU for your kind birthday wishes, Carin.
