Please view full size, thank you! This is the lovely Anna by Val (Godin). Val was a bit unsure whether I could make Anna into one of my warrior maidens, but she was willing to let me try. She told me she had envisioned Anna as more of a delicate English Rose. In my first attempt I turned her into the wicked sorceress thief Hagred from a wonderful story and vendor package developed by Pixeluna here at RMP. I had a lot of fun with Anna as Hagred but I also wanted to try her again with something a little more typical of my style. So this is my second version of Anna. Here she is more of a Canterbury Tale type of fae; this is probably closer to Val's minds eye view when she created Anna. At least I hope this is the case. (Note, her fae ears were taken from one of her older sisters, Anna comes with only human morphs.) Val, thank you for the wonderful Anna, she indeed is an English Rose; she is both strong and beautiful. This is another addition to a set of images that fit an ongoing theme that has naturally evolved in my gallery: "Nature's Daughters." This beautiful title was gifted to me by Terry (Tea_Rex) who was the first to notice them. I do not make any image with the deliberate intent that they will wind up as a Daughter, they just happen and it is usually not until an image is fully completed that I realize: "Ah, there's another one." In that sense they are all a bit of magic. Ah, she does look like a Fae Maiden. Maybe a female Robyn Hood. Love the rich colors you chose for her. Lighting is excellent. Great pov. Excellent work. I think Val will be very impressed with her. Another masterpiece.

I love this. Anna's picture doesn't has the lovely colors from the Hagred scene but her face has more character.

Her expression, particularly the intensity of her eyes is captivating! The light and colors are exquisite, and the texture on the bow is particularly fine!

It's the magic that flows from your inspiration and talent, Roxy, that's what makes them Daughters, and magnificent works of art. This is just - I don't even have words to describe it. Somehow, awesome, stunning, magnificent, etc. all fall short. Just look at this... The depth, the light, the look of concentration as she mentally visualizes an arrow's path to the target. Superlative! A real treat for the eyes, my friend!
