...is worth two in the bush where you can't photograph them:) Neat shot for A's birthday. He was very trusting wasn't he! Fine shot.
Amazing shot :)
great shot!! and great dedi!
Fabulous! I see he's eaten that handful of insects already! Thankyou for remembering, Mick!
Fantastic getting it to sit in your had. Look's like a "Rambur's Forktail" Dragonfly in the book I have. Awesome capture!
Fantastic macro shot Mick and clever job on that title
A superb macro Mick, excellent

a wonderful insect! Great photo!!!!
Wow thats an amazing capture Mick and a wonderful present for your friend hugs lou x
Fantastic shot, Mick! :)
I always forget what stunning colors these insects have. This one is particularly beautiful!!!
Cool shot. It is easy to underestimate how small these Damselflies are until you have something for perspective. Your hand illustrates this nicely. Thanks for sharing. Lee
VERY cool! Excellent shot! Do you know what these damsel flies start out as? Ant Lions. They live in the ground and form cone shaped pit in soft sand - kind of like that monster in the desert in the Star Wars movie - and when a hapless ant comes along the loose sand causes it to slide down to the bottom of the pit where the ant lion grabs it with it's jaws and devours it.
Amazing capture... Happy Birthday Andrea... Aloha
Lovely, Mick. I don't know how you do it ... I can't even walk near these guys without spooking them.
They always take off when they seem me coming. I'll just look at everyone elses! LOL! Fancy it sitting on your hand!
superb capture
fascinating work !
