The old forge and bakery in Branscombe, the forge is the only surviving thatched forge in England still working.

Well done...and to think that at one time all had thatched roofs. Thanks...fascinating. Went to Denmark in the late 1970s and saw many such roofs. Imagine a thatcher is hard to come by these days:)

seems like there would be a great danger of fire with thatched roofs, but obviously it has been used down through the years.both shots are outstanding
