awesome car!!
Yup--very kewl--it was my first car, though mine was red!
My most favourite care EVER!!! If I can get my hands on a kewl one like this right now, I'll buy it! Thanks for sharing this oldy but goody!
superbe coccinelle!!
Yes - cause most old beatle are still old beatles regardless - Sure not my first choice as a project car and even a nice job like this does not get my motor over idle :) But the photo is great !
Damn you don't see these anymore, had one and the body rotted out long before the engine. Awesome shot.
That's super work as well.. The parents at your school are really outstanding people! To be driving this stuff! Brilliant.. Rob
Fantastic capture
Yes, kewl:) Had a red 1973 Bug...just like this...but then they all looked alike for years didn't they?
Nice pic. Looks like a '65 or earlier. The twist handle hood latch was replaced by a push button latch in '66 (I had one) but since the body parts were identical for so long you could mix and match and with so many after market "antique" conversion kits its hard to tell. One was a simple conversion that could turn any '60s vintage VW into a 50's "split window" version.
Stunning capture my friend.
Very cool photo!
Woah, very cool...love this car as well...a long time ago (lol) when I was painting cars with the ex, we had to do a Ford Falcon this color, or a similar color to it...it was an interesting job for sure. lol
