Description
On Tuesday morning we had this rather misty morning. It was so cool! It has been raining for 2 weeks prior and everything is soaked. When I parked my car in the basement, I looked outside and saw this scene. All I had was my mobile phone camera, so I shot off a few shots. I tried very hard to get rid of all the graininess.
The rockery is home to a whole colony of dassies (rock-rabbits) and in the afternoon the herd of springbuck (+- 20) usually come wandering up and feed under the trees. Not too bad for office surroundings!!! lol...
Thank you for your wonderful support in comments and favs on my last upload "Where the sun meets the moon."
Stay well!
Hugs
Carin xx

A fantastic result from a cell phone picture! It is so soft and inviting, SO much nicer than the industrial settings I associate with work.
Wonderful capture from a mobile phone ! I wish my office had that outside of it.
Terrific capture!!
Great capture
I really like the soft look...it is just right for a misty morning. I have a new mobile phone and haven't tried taking a picture yet. I guess I better read the book and find out how to use the camera. One of these days, it'll come in handy. Guess who will be here in a few hours:)
a beautiful shot ! you work in a lovely place :)
wonderful atmosphere! RS
A dreamy, sweet foto--what a wonderful view!!
What a beautiful scene!
Fantastic shot. Looks very beautiful.
Really nice shot. Love this one.
WOW Woman! That is indeed a great shot done with a cellphone. I love that shot.
What a place to work! A superb pic, whatever the equipment: as they say about many other things, it's not what you've got but what you so with it!
bonne photo!!
And here I was thinking that I had splendid work views... Sniff - I am now as green as the grass! Great mood, Clive
you made it with your mobile phone camera??? FANTASTIC!!!!!
a little bit of fog give the mystery to this shot, nice green park
You are so lucky. Fantastic shot with the tools at your disposal.
fantastic result from a cell phone picture!
wonderful capture!
pretty cool scenery around your working place! great atmospheric shot
this is pretty amazing Carin. The softness from both the camera and the mist turns it from a photo into art
This is a stunning capture! It has a nicely otherworldly look to it and I love the faint whispers of mist! The color is absolutely superb. Quite excellent work on every level!
Stellar dark and misty mood in this stellar photo, Carin! To my citified urban oriented mind, all I can say is, what an odd milieu for an office.
I look out of my office window and I see busy city streets, the homeless and the mentally ill, cars, buses and, oh yeah, falcon, hawks, pigeons and turkey buzzards. Different than this...
That is an outstanding shot for a cell phone - you really pulledit off. Dana
I would not mind to work and live in such environment. I also do enjoy all that nature share with me around our dam here at work. A stunning capture even with a cell phone.
Fantastic mood and a fine view from the office.
For a Mobile Phone shot, you have cleaned it up really well, Carin.. So lucky to have all this wildlife around your workplace! lol Well done.. Rob
Beautiful early morning view, great capture!
