What a lovely surprise to see thes pheasants, Helle! It's a shame a few more human males don't wear smart colourful oufits like his. New patio surface, eh? exciting!

Great photo of the pair together, I have to avoid them as they tend to run across the road as you approach!
two very fine looking birds and well fed. Great capture. I know they are very leery so this is even better knowing they tend to disappear quickly.

This must have been a real treat to see this pair of visitors to your yard.Great shot.
what wonderful visitors to your garden you have, Helle, and you caught them in a gorgeous shot!
Terrific shot!
Such wonderful creatures, and like Andrea, I also think its a shame that human males don't dress as colorfully! I'd love a vest with that feather pattern, and a red mask that also doubles as a hat! Hmmm...I'll have to talk to a few French fashion designers...maybe get a petition going. Anyway, this is a stunning shot, and from a kitchen window? It looks like you were so close! I love the colors and everything about this! WOW!
