Description


A very yummy middle eastern salad consisting of tomatoes, persian cucumbers, fine bulgur wheat, romaine lettuce and flat leaf parsley. All are finely chopped and then mixed with the juice of a lemon and some salt. Takes a while to make but is well worth the time spent. Thanks for looking.

This is a regular dish in our house as well, especially when visitor are expected...plus another dish to complement that one: 'Hummus' with Pita bread, yumm ! nice arrangement, BB
