Description
A few of my Iris have started blooming and the colors are so nice I had to take a shot. I thinned out the Iris bed last year but none of the transplanted plants seem to have survived. Oh well, at least the ones I left in the ground now have room to expand, lol.

Very interesting flower shape.
So lovely! I can't grow these tall bearded sorts as they like alkaline soil. But I have made a new bed of the Japanese ones that like it acid.
