Description
As a wee girl I have wonderful memories of traveling on trains. Many trains, many times. One of the first times, Bette Davis was on the train with her two Boxer dogs. My first experience with that breed. A year or so later I had two of my own. Needless to say I was impressed. I suppose that is the reason this image came to be. (Even tho the breed of this dog is Parson Russell Terrier) I think this Pup wants to play too!

Such a lovely scene and what grand memories of traveling on a train. Trains are exciting. When we moved to Colorado we took one up to Winter Park, traveling through the mountains.Must have been a thrill to see Bette Davis and her dogs. CC

Wonder why they changed the name from Jack Russel to Parson Russel? Don't remember if there ever was an explanation, but I remember when they did the switch. Well done, all the details are marvelous! And yes, Betty Davis was one lucky lady to have met you!
