20 miles up north of our village, there are no dunes. They build a dike for protection against the sea.

We in NH USA have flies so big in our marshes that you can be carried away if not tied down.

We have a small marshy area at the Hollow, wonderful plants grow there. And bugs that are huge and blood thirsty! Mosquito Heaven is what I call it, LOL! A marvelous image, a wonderful wide open vista!
