There are times when I bemoan the loss of something sacred in favor of something completely prosaic, but at the same time, I like to think that something of the original meaning remains; Jonh Maddox may no longer be a feature there, but perhaps a business there might infuse visitors with something of his spirit? I like to think so. As for this image...it's gorgous. There's something strangely futuristic about it. I can't put my finger on it but it's there. This is gorgeous!
