Fabulous light in this shot....reflected in lovely ripples on the water! Excellent capture!
Great image for the forum challenge!
You know if you put a hood on your lens, you won't get that lens-flare effect. ;D Great expressive image and capture!
Lens flare added via Photoshop...:)
A super shot and lens flare :-) Looks very lovely :-)
superbe photo!
impressive beauty! RS

Oh yes - perfect for the April forum challenge! Most wonderful image Bill!!! I love the flare, the compo - just everything! :)
Wonderful capture and composition!
Great shot and postwork!
Wonderful photo. The rippling water is especially nice.
These guys are everywhere around here. I love trying to guess where they will surface next.
This is one of those classic photos, Bill. Simple but truly stunning. The sweep of the ripples leads the eye right into the photo, and the light at the upper right balances nicely with the dark water at the lower left. Excellent eye, my friend! The addition of the lens flare is a nice touch.
Nice photo Bill...
wonderful pov of this shot
It reminds me of something else, totally different to everyone elses point of view...for a title: 'the loneliness of the long distance runner' but we have a winner here, BB
Excellent work, not the least because it was still long enough for you to get this shot! Well done!
Wonderful image.
Lovely capture Bill and one great photo love the lens flare too.. way cool!!
I bet he was wondering what you were doing up so high when it is usually him in the sky.
Cool capture, I like the waves that he leaves behind him as well as the placement in this picture!
Terrific shot of the lone cormorant leaving behind a meticulous V-shaped herringbone wake as it seeks its prey, Bill.
This is very peaceful. The ducks in Chicago are too fast and surly to photograph. I really like the wake the duck leaves behind, like a small boat. This is very nice and relaxing.
Wonderful shot!
I see the duck wonderful capture smiles warm hugs, Linda
He looks quite content, paddling around out there. Nicely captured!
Very nice photo.
Gorgeous light!!
Great shot, I hope it caught something!!
