Description
...hoped you looked at the driftwood first and then discovered something more than you bargained for...
A ZOOM looks good on this one:)
Taken last Sunday when several of us photograhy buffs ate breakfast together and then headed to Mukelteo Beach on the Puget Sound for a few snaps and some more conversation.
Added after the 14th comment below: The identity of the mysterious, barely seen photographer behind the log is "cosine" not atk:)

Totally awesome...we used to love finding this on the beach as a kid.
Precious dried arrangement, no - not the ol' boy...(would love to see the element of surprise on his face) Who can resist a pic of smooth driftwood ? everybody loves the natural textures & colours, when it comes to photography and ...then take some home to decorate the garden, it's almost like a trophy. fine job, Bill BB
This is such a great shot! It's just the one I wanted, but he stood up too fast. (Or I was too slow on the shutter.) I can't wait to see what he got! Perhaps a photo of you, lurking on the other side of the driftwood??? :P
Nice shot Bill... Driftwood often makes for good shots. Bigger the better!! lol Lovely shot.. Rob
Super shot. Looks like all of you are having a great time. Makes me a bit homesick, however.
dave has a thing for driftwood. He lugged some home from Florida the first time he and I went down together, and he lugs it home if he finds it here too. Nice find and great shot. Don't tell Dave where you seen it.
Great shot Bill. We used to go down to Mukilteo (from Paine Field - now Boeing) and drink beer. Brings back many fond memories! I love the texture of the driftwood. Who is the photographer? Dennis?
Cool shot.. good to see one of the members at work!! He looks pretty serious about that shot!
Did not realize the size of this driftwood until I spotted cosine back there. Super capture Bill with great perspective. Dana
Classic ocean view shot, taken very nicely...
