Description
This is an old water powered mill, located somewhere deep in the Smoky Mountains, which is part of the Appalachian Mountains.
I would be more specific, but we covered a lot of terrain that day and I can't remember exactly where this was. But there aren't too many originals that still remain from the old days.

That's a great shot of the Cades Cove grist mill/sawmill near Townsend, Tennessee.
Fine photo reminder of a wonderful area to hike and take time to be there.
