Description
On the beach at Edmonds, Washington. The ferry connects Edmonds and Kingston on Kitsap Peninsula in the Puget Sound just north of Seattle.

Dramatic sky. Which way is the ferry going? The rake of the fidley (smokestack housing) confuses me. And wake is not apparent in the image.
Favorite part of this image? The clouds...incredibly awesome! Been ages since I've been on a Ferry...woah. lol
It is amazing how the eye finds the bird on the pole, the title, then jumps to the ferry. The rest is very pleasing, the eye returning to the pole and the ferry. Great composition, Bill! Clive
