Description
This is no ordinary caterpillar; he absconded
from a near-by Moon and only when it is full will you see him, if you are lucky or if you have had enough jungle-juice!
***
I gave him the full treatment which he deserved, several layers of manipulation, fun & filters, to make him outstandingly beautiful...
- let the weekend roll on -
Cheers *BB*

My first thought was, "Where did she find a caterpillar on such a cold day?" He looks like he's covered in frost! But now I see he is on the moon... What an interesting idea. Good work!
GORGEOUS! he is wondrous to behold!
Oh oh, more Aliens in the garden...Beat me up Snotty ! Really ace POV on this mighty macro, that surface as MrGorf said, sure does look like the BIG CHEESE...eh Wallace ? so where's the bikkies Grommit ? ~Cheers~
He looks absolutely SciFi! Great job!
Very cool capture. Well done.
Great shot!
AWESOME WORK!
Very interesting photo.
marvelous image and render!!
Oh, he's gorgeous...kinda reminds me of something they'd encounter in "Men In Black" only without the sarcastic dialogue...or is this a rather sarcastic neon catarpillar? One never knows...I love the way you describe him as having "abscounded"... ...Just that simple little description gives him such personality, and your post work is fantastic. The neon effect gives a slightly ghostly impression that I really enjoy. So needless to say, this is superb. That's not surprising, your gallery is full of superb stuff. You really have a great eye for little crawly things.
How delightful he looks after all his treatment. Maybe he was just escaping all the rain you look to have had up there. I love his ghostly look.
Aliens coming in from the cold.... and what better landing pad than your poolside in Oz...he looks comfy, relaxed... waiting for the chrysalis stage to transform into a stunning butterfly, so he can get home to his own planet... although he may just stay in the warm world of the future... cheers!
Hello Dear. I wish you a very happy birthday!!! And, this is a very stunning photo.
Very nice work here with nice details. I am yet to catch one of these... well done! :)
