Etymology: from Latin "primulus" variant of "primus," first because of its early flowering.
Origin: northern temperate, mountainous areas south and southern hemisphere.
Description gender: includes about 500 species of perennials, evergreen and deciduous, hardy and semirustiche. Radical leaves arranged in most cases to rosette can submit crenata lamina, lobed, toothed margins and full to the species considered. I love the spring, even though here it is the harbinger of a long hot summer. Today, I saw buttercups along the roadside as I drove home. This is a beautiful image of this little flower in the rain. A wonderful image for the beginning of Spring when nature seems to hesitate. Beautiful colors and clarity! The dark background beautifully brings out the rich colors!
