Description
Here you can see three representatives of the Police Municipale, Lyon's traffic wardens, and part of the lower portion of the trompe l'oeil known as La bibliothéque de la Cité, a huge murale on two facades and four floors on quai Saint Vincent. I'll show more of it in the next postings. The bicycles belong to the city and can be hired for a fee.
